Haytham Bata
Senior Partner
With over 20 years of experience, Haytham is one of the founding partners of Nuummite Consulting. He has diverse experience in tax, finance and sales and has held leadership positions in some of the renowned companies including Motorola Mobility and Zain. As a Country Manager of Motorola Mobility Saudi Arabia, Haytham led the go-to-market team and rebuilt its distribution channels to adapt to the fast-changing landscape of mobile devices in the kingdom.
Before Motorola, Haytham was the Finance director at Zain Jordan where he led a complete transformation of the department to a world class finance function. After that he moved to the position of Sales Director at Zain Jordan, where he was instrumental in helping the company maintain its top position in one of the most competitive GSM markets.
Prior to Zain, he excelled in the Epicor-Scala Business Solutions teams in the region in his capacity as Business Solutions Manager and developed the partner teams in Egypt, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia to land among the best service providers in the world for Scala.
Haytham is a licensed tax agent in UAE and SOCPA tax certified specialist. He also attended the Executive Development Program in Kellogg (Northwestern University) and has completed his studies with honors from the University of Jordan in Accounting and Business Administration.
Throughout his career Haytham has exhibited special skills in strategic thinking, commercial operations, process re-engineering, and leadership. His experience and leadership in various key financial positions have positioned him well to serve our multicultural clients.
